Schedule Well Checks on Portal
We are excited to announce that you can now schedule your child’s well visit on our patient portal! If your infant is due for a 2,4 or 6 month visit, please call our office as we have special appointment times set aside for this age group. We are currently booking appointments through the end of June.
If you’re not active on our portal, please send an email with your child’s full name and date of birth to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After age 3, most insurance plans will pay for only one well child visit per year. Please contact your insurance company to determine if your plan requires well check visits to be scheduled 365 calendar days apart or if the requirement is one well check visit per calendar year. It is your responsibility to know and understand your insurance policy.
You may find the date of your child’s last well visit by viewing the past appointments section on the portal.
You may find the recommended well visit schedule on our web site at http://www.allpeds.com/faqs.php
Credit Card On File
On 04/01/2018, ALL Pediatrics will be instituting a Credit Card on File policy for the practice. When you come to your next appointment after this date, you will be asked for your preferred credit card (HSA cards are a valid option) and an applicable email address to send your eStatments to. You can also voluntarily sign up for this program prior to 04/01 if you have an earlier appointment.
For more information about the program please see our credit card on file page by clicking here.

• No appointment is necessary.
• The walk-in hours are for established patients only over 3 months of age.

For long or involved issues, you must make an appointment so we can set aside an appropriate amount of time for your visit. If you come to Walk-In hours with a problem that is ongoing (more than 72 hours), you will be asked to schedule an appointment for a different time. Also if you wish to see a specific provider please call to schedule an appointment.
