Parents: just one more way to make cancellation of an appointment easier for you. You may now cancel your child's appointment by sending us an e-mail addressed to CANCEL@ALLPEDS.com.
Just give us:
* your child's FULL NAME
* child's DATE OF BIRTH
* the DATE AND TIME OF YOUR
* TYPE of appointment (sick visit or check up)
* at which ALLP OFFICE you have your appointment.
We request 24 hour notification for CHECK UP cancellations and 2 hrs for SICK visits.
Please be aware that there is a $50 charge for a NO SHOW (failure to cancel an appointment).
