Welcome to the Patient Portal
There are a few issues we would like to let you know about.
* The portal is for existing patients.
* New patients to the practice can Pre-Register on the portal page.
* Consent Form - The form must be accepted to continue using the portal.
* Email Address - Please be sure to notify our office if your email address changes.
* Advice Nurse - The send a message to the advice nurse will come up with Lab Request on the message screen, however the message will go to the advice nurse.
* Please update your address and phone number as needed and annually.
* Please update your child's medical and allergy information annually or more frequently if needed.
* Please email PatientPortal @ALLPeds.com if you have problems logging onto the portal. (Please allow 48-72 business hours for a reply.)
* The system will lock you out with 3 failed attempts.
* Password Reset Email Received - Close and reopen the browser prior to trying again.

ALL Pediatrics is committed to providing convenient servics for parents
and is proud to announce the addition of our Patient Portal System.
The portal is a secure site that will provide an access for parents to communicate with our offices and for the offices to communicate back to parents on issues regarding your childs healthcare needs.
Each child in a family has a separate account that links with the electronic medical record.
Existing patients will need to be “Web Enabled”
with a User Name and Password .

The use of the patient portal requires an active email address. Only one email address can be kept on file.
